We are not Realtors who are selling someone else's homes, nor are we bankers or mortgage brokers who get paid to find you a loan. We're actually the owner of several nice homes which are available for purchase.  Since we own the homes, many times (depending on your circumstances) we are willing to finance all or part of the purchase ourselves.  We can be very creative with the financing and structure it to fit your needs.

Life happens.  We get that.  We don't think you should have to pay the penance that banks want you to before you can be a homeowner.  You may have some money but have damaged your credit.  No problem!  We have both Lease/Option and Owner Financing programs available to you as well with NO BANK QUALIFYING and No Credit Requirements!

"Lease to Own", "Lease Option", "Lease Purchase" generally mean the same thing.  We have a great "Lease Option" program. It does not require bank qualifying. You could be living in your own home in just a few days from now! We'll work together to repair any credit problems AFTER you move in, so you can get a bank loan down the road.
