Q. How can you solve problems when real estate agents can't?

You know how your family doctor sometimes has to refer you to a specialist? Well, think of us as the "specialist" when it comes to unusual real estate situations. Real estate agents can handle many different types of home sales, but they have their rules and limits. If a family comes along that does not fit into those rules, then most say "Sorry, we can't help you."  We actually work with real estate agents and their clients to help bridge a service that they cannot provide.

Because we're the specialists in dealing with difficult credit problems, small down payments, and other issues, we pride ourselves in finding solutions when others just throw up their hands.

Q. How do I know I can trust you?

We're not asking you to trust us "blindly". We expect to have to earn your trust, by listening to your situation, describing our potential solutions, and also showing you how we've helped other families move into the home of their dreams.

Q. My credit's pretty bad...can you still help?

Usually we can. There might be the odd case where we can't help, but chances are we've helped people with bigger credit problems than you have. We'll be able to tell you quickly whether we can help with your situation.

Q. Is there something wrong with these houses, and that's why you want to sell them?

There's nothing wrong at all with these houses. Just as we solve problems for people that want to own homes, we do the same for those that need to sell. Sometimes a job transfer, divorce, or other situation causes people to want to sell their homes faster than what a real estate agent can do. We can act very quickly, so we often get those houses.

The homes we offer are often clean, well-kept and ready to move into, as you'll soon see for yourself!  Often they are completely renovated.  If they still need some work, you can supply your own "sweat equity" and get discounted home!

Q. How does your "Lease Option" Program work?

This is a great way to live exactly where you choose and stay there! No more moving from rental to rental.  Stop throwing your money into a home that won't be yours.  Why rent when you can own?  We have a regular supply of nice homes where you can move in almost immediately.

 All lease options require a down payment that is applied to the purchase of the home.  While you enjoy the benefits of living in your new home, you pay rent while fixing your damaged credit.  After the lease expires, you get a new loan on your home with your newly repaired credit, take ownership and you don't have to move!  Ask about our Down Payment Assistance Program that allows you to build equity in your home while paying monthly rent.  Move into a nice community, build relationships and stay put.  You can do this with damaged credit!  Our plans even allow you to "lock in" today's purchase price for the home!
